Deliverables

What are deliverables?

Deliverables are the specific pieces of content a creator agrees to produce for a brand — for example, "2 Instagram Reels and 1 static post" — as defined in a brief or contract.

What do deliverables mean in influencer marketing?

They’re the measurable output of a collaboration and the basis for payment — a deal is generally considered complete once all agreed deliverables are posted and approved.

What should creators watch out for with deliverables?

  • Get the exact format, platform, and quantity of each deliverable in writing before starting.
  • Clarify whether posting is included as a deliverable or if you’re only providing raw files for the brand to post themselves.
  • Confirm what counts as "approval" and by when, so a deal doesn’t stay open indefinitely waiting on brand feedback.
