Legal
Effective June 4, 2026 · Governed by Indian law
These Terms and Condition govern your access to and use of the CredFluence platform operated by Clyromedia Private Limited (“CredFluence”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy & Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CredFluence. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for persons under 18. If registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Agencies and Brands must complete organisation verification to access the platform. Verification requires submission of GST number, CIN number or trademark, and business website. Documents are reviewed by platform administrators. Verification confirms documentation has been submitted — it does not constitute an endorsement of the organisation’s reputation or business practices.
By submitting a review, you agree that:
Reviews must not contain false or misleading claims, defamatory statements, personal attacks unrelated to the professional relationship, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, threats, hate speech, or promotional content for competitors.
You are legally liable for the content of reviews you submit. CredFluence does not verify review accuracy and accepts no liability for review content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.
After a review is submitted, the target has a 48-hour dispute window to contest it. After the window expires (or upon dispute resolution), the review moves to the verification queue. Platform administrators verify evidence and approve or reject the review. Approved reviews update the target’s Trust Score and are published on their profile.
If you believe a review about your organisation is false, you may dispute it within the 48-hour window. Disputes must include a reason (max 300 words) and counter-evidence (max 15 MB per file). Filing a dispute does not guarantee removal. Platform administrators make the final determination. You may not file frivolous or bad-faith disputes.
The Trust Score (300–900) is an algorithmic assessment based on verified reviews, ratings across multiple dimensions, payment behaviour, and platform activity. CredFluence does not guarantee the accuracy of Trust Scores. Scores are informational only and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. Scores change as new reviews are verified and old ones age.
We may take the following actions against accounts that violate these Terms:
We will generally notify you of enforcement actions unless doing so would compromise an investigation.
Unclaimed profiles are created from public data. You may claim a profile that represents you or your organisation if your connected social account username matches the profile handle. False claims of profiles belonging to others are prohibited and may result in account termination.
When submitting a review you may include deal values and payment status. By including this data, you consent to it being displayed on the target’s profile. Ensure you have the right to disclose this information and that it does not breach any confidentiality agreement.
By uploading files, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they do not contain illegal content. Maximum file size is 15 MB per file. Uploaded evidence is reviewed by platform administrators for verification purposes only.
You retain ownership of review text and evidence you submit. By submitting content, you grant CredFluence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, store, and process that content to operate the platform. We will not sell your content to third parties.
Organisation verification documents (GST, CIN, trademark certificates) submitted during onboarding are treated as confidential. They are visible to platform administrators only and are never publicly displayed.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. This initiates a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account by logging in. After 30 days, your personal data is permanently erased. Reviews you submitted remain on the platform in pseudonymised form unless they are the subject of an active dispute.
CredFluence provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reviews, Trust Scores, or any content on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagaur, Rajasthan, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of CredFluence after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Social Platform Connections
By connecting a social account (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn), you authorise CredFluence to read the specific data described in our Privacy & Policy. We do not post, publish, or modify your social platform content. You may disconnect social accounts at any time in Settings. Disconnecting may affect your Trust Score and access level.
