FAQ
CredFluence is a trust and review platform for the Indian creator economy, where creators, brands, and agencies leave evidence-backed reviews about each other after a collaboration.
Every profile carries a Trust Score built from those verified reviews, so anyone considering a collaboration can check a track record before agreeing to one.
Any creator, brand, or agency with a CredFluence account and a genuine, direct professional relationship with the entity being reviewed can leave a review.
You cannot review yourself or your own organisation, and each account may submit at most 5 reviews per week.
Every review goes through a verification queue before it affects a Trust Score or appears on a profile:
No — a brand, agency, or creator cannot delete a review about themselves. They can dispute it within a 48-hour window with a reason and counter-evidence, but the final decision is made by platform administrators, not by the party being reviewed.
The dispute workflow runs as a fixed sequence:
CredFluence reviews are submitted by creators, brands, and agencies about real collaborations, and are not written, edited, or curated by CredFluence staff in exchange for money, discounts, or free product.
Where a review describes a collaboration that involved barter, product seeding, or another form of in-kind exchange, that context is part of the reviewed relationship itself rather than a payment for the review, and is disclosed as part of the collaboration details on the review.
Yes. Creating a profile, browsing creators, brands, and agencies, reading reviews, and checking Trust Scores is free on CredFluence today.
CredFluence is built for the Indian creator economy first — its verification flow, dispute process, and legal terms are governed by Indian law — but any creator, brand, or agency can create a profile regardless of where they are based.
Many profiles on CredFluence start as unclaimed profiles built from public data. To claim one:

CredFluence is actively onboarding creators, brands, and agencies across India. This page is a placeholder for a live count pulled from the platform — replace this paragraph with an up-to-date figure on a fixed schedule rather than leaving it static, since freshness by update date is what correlates with AI citation, not the original publish date.
Directionally, yes — CredFluence plays the role that Trustpilot or Glassdoor play in their categories, but for the specific relationship between creators, brands, and agencies rather than for consumer products or employers.
Where Trustpilot reviews are consumer-to-business and Glassdoor reviews are employee-to-employer, CredFluence reviews run in both directions between two professional parties in a collaboration.
An influencer marketing platform (like an agency marketplace or campaign-management tool) helps brands find and run campaigns with creators. CredFluence does not run campaigns — it is a review and Trust Score layer that sits alongside those platforms, letting either side check a track record before or after working together on any platform.
Yes. You can submit a review for a creator, brand, or agency that doesn’t have a CredFluence profile yet — CredFluence creates an unclaimed profile from the details you provide, which the real entity can later claim by connecting a matching social account.
Not to CredFluence — every review requires a contact email so the verification team can confirm it’s real, and you cannot submit a review without one.
If you delete your account later, your past reviews stay on the platform but are pseudonymised, unless they’re part of an active dispute.
You have a 48-hour window from submission to dispute any review about you:
