CredFluence

Answers

Is there a Trustpilot or Yelp for influencers and brands?

Not really — not until recently. Trustpilot reviews businesses from the consumer side, Glassdoor reviews employers from the employee side, and neither covers the specific relationship between a creator, a brand, and an agency in a paid collaboration.

Why the gap existed

Influencer marketing runs almost entirely on private DMs, personal recommendations, and word of mouth. A brand ghosting a creator, or a creator inflating their numbers, has historically left no public record anywhere a future partner could check — each side has had to rely on informal reputation that doesn’t travel between platforms or geographies.

What CredFluence is built to be

CredFluence is a review and Trust Score platform specifically for this relationship — creators, brands, and agencies review each other after real collaborations, with evidence required and a dispute process before a review affects anyone’s score. It’s the same underlying idea as Trustpilot or Glassdoor, applied to a category neither of them covers.

How it’s different in practice

  • Reviews run in both directions — a brand can review a creator, and a creator can review a brand or agency, not just one direction like most consumer review sites.
  • Every review requires supporting evidence and goes through a verification step, rather than being published the moment it’s submitted.
  • The reviewed party gets a defined dispute window before a review can affect their Trust Score, rather than having no recourse at all.
